It's not a very convenient location. The hotel is small. Breakfast is very average.

The location to the airport is very good. I know people have raised concerns with the airport pick up service but we had no problems with it at all. Though it must be said the first bus in the morning is at 7 am. Staff were very friendly and the room was very modern. If you are staying overnight at the airport, even if you had to get taxi's both ways this is a good option.

It has an airport shuttle service
1. When I phoned as requested to book the shuttle service I was told to phone back - the hotel should have offered to phone me. 2. The reception staff had a tendency to be a little sharp and pre-occupied in answering questions from customers. That said the woman was very helpful after initial coldness about the shuttle service. 3. The driver drives very fast and was on the mobile phone discussing other things for the whole journey and while unloading - again pre-occupied with other things - does not give the impression of great service.

Carpet in hallways is very dirty and stained. The air condition in the room is controlled by the front desk even though there is a thermostat in the room, there for you have only 2 choices, very cold ( they dont provide extra blankets) or off completely.

For the money (we paid 90 Euro), this was a great place to stay. We stayed here only because we had a ridiculously early flight we had to catch at the airport and we didn't think it'd be wise to stay in downtown Rome since the Leonardo Express wouldn't even be running by the time we needed to check in. It's a flat 20 Euro taxi ride to all hotels in the Fiumicino area and the hotel arranged for a driver to take us back to the airport at 4:30 A.M., which worked perfectly. The room was great - it felt like any room we'd stay in at a nice hotel in the U.S. Plus there was a nice little patio attached.

We stayed at the Comfort hotel our last night in Italy because it was close to the airport but not in a busy area. The staff was very helpful except for the first lady on duty when we first got there. The hotel is very near good resturants, but not alot to do that area, but that is good for resting up before a very long flight home. The bed was comfortable the room was clean and there was no noise level. The shuttle service to the airport was good. I would stay there again

Hotel staff were very helpful, especially when our luggage got lost. They held it until we returned from our cruise. Very good about calling for taxis and for giving directions. Very enjoyable place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights before, and after, our cruise, because it was convenient to the airport.
Wish that their shuttle to the airport would run throughout the day, although changes are being made soon regarding shuttle service.
